How much does CrewBrain cost?

Three plans — Starter, Pro, and Scale — billed monthly or annually, with annual working out to roughly two months free. Final pricing is being set, so the figures on the pricing page are placeholders for now. Every plan starts with a free trial and no credit card.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are simply paid once a year for the discount. You're never locked in.

How hard is it to switch from the tools I use now?

Most owners are up and running the same day. You add your company, set your services and pricing, and invite your crew. There's no IT project — it's built so a busy owner can do it between jobs.

Can I bring my existing customers and data over?

Yes. We help you import your existing customers and history so you're not retyping years of records. Once it's in, everything — quotes, jobs, invoices, calls — lives in one place.

Does the crew app work on iPhone and Android?

Both. Your field team installs the crew app on their own phone and gets today's jobs, addresses with one-tap directions, photos, checklists, and clock-in/out. You see live location and progress — no more "where are you?" texts.

Do I have to give my crew the whole system?

No. The crew app only shows the field team what they need for their jobs. The full command center — calls, books, pricing, reporting — stays with you and the office. Role-based permissions (on Scale) let you control exactly who sees what.

Does it connect to Square and QuickBooks?

Yes. Take payments through Square and watch them land in QuickBooks automatically, so your books stay current without double entry. Tax time stops being a weekend you lose.

Can I run more than one business on it?

Yes. The Scale plan supports multiple companies under one account — each with its own customers, crews, pricing, and books — switchable in a click. The founder runs two companies (Shine City and Simple Moves) exactly this way.

Will my customers see the "CrewBrain" name?

On Pro and Scale, white-label branding puts your logo, colors, and name on the customer-facing pieces and the crew app, so it feels like your own software. CrewBrain runs the engine quietly in the background.

Who owns my data, and can I get it out?

You own your data — your customers, jobs, and books are yours. You can export them anytime. There's no lock-in and nothing held hostage if you ever decide to leave.

What kind of support do I get?

Every plan includes support. Pro adds priority support, and Scale adds priority phone support plus dedicated onboarding. You're talking to people who actually run service businesses — not a script.

Is my business too small (or too big) for CrewBrain?

If you run jobs with a crew, it fits. Starter is built for solo operators and brand-new crews; Pro suits growing teams running calls and payroll daily; Scale handles multi-crew, multi-location, and multi-company operations. You can move up as you grow without losing anything you've set up.
